Exercise my right to withdraw

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Articles VI.47 et seq.) and, for consumers residing in France, Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to exercise your right to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

This online form allows you to notify us of your decision immediately. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by email, with return instructions.

The 14-day period starts the day after this date.

The information submitted through this form is used solely to process your withdrawal request and arrange the refund. It is kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then for the statutory retention period for accounting records.
