Add your items to the basket, then follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been confirmed.

You have 2 hours after your purchase to contact us and change your order. After that, we will already have started preparing your order and will no longer be able to change it.

You can cancel within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us by email. After that, we start preparing your order and can no longer cancel it. You can still return it once it arrives.

Delivery takes 9 to 15 working days (Ireland). Each order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days before dispatch. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Standard delivery is free on purchases of 69 EUR or more. Below that, a flat fee of 4,95 EUR applies. The same rate applies in all countries we deliver to.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. Contact us by email with your order number. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility. If an item is faulty or we have made a mistake, we will cover the full cost of the return.

The maximum legal refund period is 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation. In practice, refunds are generally issued within 5 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.

Depending on the design, our jewellery combines resin, acrylic and stainless steel. It can withstand everyday splashes, but we advise against wearing it in the shower, at the swimming pool or in the sea. Prolonged contact with water can affect its shine or the finish.

Wipe it with a soft cloth after each wear. Store it away from direct light and moisture. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and chemicals.

The materials declared by our suppliers are listed on each product page when the information is available. If you have a known nickel allergy or very reactive skin, avoid wearing it for long periods and contact us before purchase to check the available information for the design in question.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to availability. All payments are secure.

Yes, all transactions are secured through our payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Your bank details are never stored on our servers.
